A good housing request starts with the assignment details. Sharing those details early makes it easier to compare homes and avoid last-minute changes.

Start with people, beds and dates

Write down the number of workers, the beds each person needs, your arrival date and the expected departure date. Mention whether the roster might grow or whether the assignment could be extended. Confirm the listed occupancy limit; a bedroom count is not a guarantee of enough beds for every worker.

Plan around the workday

Give the housing provider the job-site area and the shift schedule. Ask about quiet sleeping conditions if anyone works nights. Compare the route to the assigned entrance or shuttle pickup point at the times your crew will actually travel.

Check daily essentials

Put the terms in writing

Before booking, confirm the total charges, payment timing, any deposit, cancellation terms and the process for extending the stay. Identify one person who can coordinate roster and date changes with the housing provider.

Ready to compare options? Search housing, then send a housing request with your crew size, dates and preferred location. Availability is confirmed individually.
