We may collect contact details, property and listing information, uploaded photos, housing requests, portal messages, payment status, sign-in and security records, device information, and website analytics. Card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this website.
How information is used
We use information to operate listings and landlord accounts, review and publish properties, respond to inquiries, process payments, prevent misuse, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and public listings
Information intended for a published listing—including property descriptions, photos, approximate location, amenities, pricing, and landlord-approved contact information—may be publicly visible. We may share necessary information with service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, security, and payment companies. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
We retain information as reasonably necessary for site operation, records, security, and legal compliance. You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information, or ask that a listing be unpublished.

Landlord marketing preferences
We keep private landlord contact records, linked properties, notes, tags, and marketing permission to organize future campaigns. Submitting a listing does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Optional marketing permission is recorded separately, and you may ask support to unsubscribe or correct your contact information.
