Marketplace role
Refinery Crew Housing provides listing, marketing, and inquiry tools for furnished housing. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we are not a party to a lease, do not guarantee a booking, and do not verify every statement made by a landlord or housing seeker.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, respect intellectual-property and privacy rights, and avoid fraud, spam, malware, discriminatory content, or attempts to interfere with site security.
Listings, review, and payments
We may review, reject, unpublish, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, unavailable, or inconsistent with these terms. Featured placement does not guarantee inquiries or bookings. Annual per-property listing and promotional fees are shown before payment and are generally nonrefundable once the purchased service begins, except where required by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Users must independently evaluate properties, guests, landlords, leases, insurance, licensing, habitability, and legal compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refinery Crew Housing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Annual listing plans
Annual pricing per property: $99 Standard, $129 Featured, or $149 Featured + Social. Payment and approval are required before new listings appear. Annual payments do not renew automatically. Featured + Social includes one team-managed Facebook Page spotlight each month during the paid year while the property is active and available. Existing legacy listing terms remain unchanged.
