Get help submitting, updating, or managing a furnished property listing.
Signing in
Open the Landlord Dashboard and enter the same email address shown on your listing. We will email a six-digit code. A landlord can view and manage only listings connected to that verified email address.

New listings and landlord edits are held for administrator review. A listing is visible to the public only after approval and while its published and available controls are enabled.
Photos
You may upload up to six property photos. Use clear JPG, PNG, or WebP images that accurately show the property. Contact support if a photo needs to be replaced after submission.

Call 925-432-3600 or email cesaulter@outlook.com. Include the listing title or listing number, but never send passwords or sign-in codes.
Annual listing plans
Annual pricing per property: $99 Standard, $129 Featured, or $149 Featured + Social. Payment and approval are required before new listings appear. Annual payments do not renew automatically. Featured + Social includes one team-managed Facebook Page spotlight each month during the paid year while the property is active and available. Existing legacy listing terms remain unchanged.
