Landlord Agreement
Effective September 27, 2026. This agreement applies when a landlord submits or manages a property on RefineryCrewHousing.com.
Authority and accuracy
You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to advertise it, and that all descriptions, prices, availability, photos, amenities, contact details, and legal disclosures are accurate and kept current.
Legal compliance
You are responsible for leases, screening, fair-housing compliance, permits, taxes, insurance, safety, habitability, deposits, and all local, state, and federal requirements. You may not publish discriminatory preferences or unlawful terms.
Photos and content license
You confirm that you have the right to use submitted content. You grant Refinery Crew Housing a nonexclusive license to display, resize, format, and promote that content for operating and marketing the listing while it remains active.
Review and listing control
All new and edited listings are subject to administrator review. A landlord may manage only listings associated with the landlord’s verified email account. Refinery Crew Housing may withhold approval, unpublish, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with site policies.
Fees and results
Any listing or promotional fee is shown before purchase. Featured placement and social promotion increase visibility but do not guarantee leads, tenants, rent, or occupancy.

Annual listing plans
Annual pricing per property: $99 Standard, $129 Featured, or $149 Featured + Social. Payment and approval are required before new listings appear. Annual payments do not renew automatically. Featured + Social includes one team-managed Facebook Page spotlight each month during the paid year while the property is active and available. Existing legacy listing terms remain unchanged.
